About Buddy Box

Buddy Box Started With Me And A Meatball.

Meatball — my Labrador and best friend — inspired Buddy Box. Somewhere between homemade treats, little rituals, and a lot of laughter, I realized how meaningful intentional time with our dogs can be.

What started as simple moments together slowly became Buddy Box: a shared experience designed to help dogs and humans connect in a more joyful, intentional way.

I’m Dave Gomez — a classically trained chef, dog trainer, and longtime operations leader. But more than anything, I’m someone who believes the small moments we share with our dogs often become the ones we remember most.
